Workshop Objectives: You will get a review of different visualization libraries, both low and high level. You will be able to select the visualization tool that will be the  most appropriate for your project and produce publication-quality images.
Workshop material: Python, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn and Plotly
Introduction to visualization libraries: low level versus high level visualization with a broad review of the available libraries.
Low level library - Matplotlib. Review of the library: Introduction of the structure of the rendering code. Actively plotting graphs for a sample case.
High level visualization library – Seaborn: introduction.
High level statistical visualization library – Altair: introduction.
High level interactive visualization library – Plotly: introduction and solution of a plotting project.
