This workshop will provide you basic information how to use the ARCTIC Cluster. Following topics will be covered in the workshop:
  1. Login to the ARCTIC Cluster
  2. Transferring files from your Computer to ARCTIC
  3. Using software available on ARCTIC
  4. Resource available on ARCTIC
  5. Running jobs on ARCTIC
  6. Debugging jobs and finding the resource utilization for the particular job.
  7. Parallelizing jobs using slurm array jobs
  8. Running interactive jobs
